"The first step in the acquisition of wisdom is silence, the second listing, the third memory, the fourth practice, the fifth teaching others"
At Government Polytechnic, we are hope to create are atmosphere of reverence for education and a healthy environment where work, sports and co-curricular activities will mould our students and spur them on to be the brightest and the best. In order to do this, the parents and the polytechnic college authorities must work together to inculcate certain values in the students. Respect for once elders, especially the teachers and a commitment to discipline are engraved in Indian culture. Let us inculcate these ideals in our younger generation. A student who has respect for the teacher will be more receptive to authority and to learning. This will enable him/her to get the best out of the polytechnic.
A student who is taught discipline will learn the power of self-control. To be successful we need self-discipline which teacher us to sacrifice individual interest in favor of group interest.
Students at Government Polytechnic, Harakh are motivated to develop leadership skills and a thorough understanding of interdependence.
We encourage each student to give their very best in an attempt to realize their dreams. We look forward for seeing you in the campus.
